We are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber professional to lead the execution of this global mandate and help to shape the future of the digital asset ecosystem.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has a passion for the cryptocurrency industry, is meticulous in their analysis, methodical, creative, and thorough in their problem-solving approach, and can easily build and grow relationships with internal and external partners.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategic Market Intelligence: Develop unique perspectives on key categories within the crypto ecosystem; curate research and market intelligence to identify critical shifts and communicate their strategic implications to leadership.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Orchestration: Engage with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to qualify opportunities and refine Ripple’s areas of strategic interest.</li> <li>Competitive Analysis:<strong> </strong>Develop perspectives on key competitors - evaluating relative strengths and weaknesses - to inform our broader business strategy.</li> <li>End-to-End M&amp;A and Investment Leadership<strong>:</strong> Lead the execution of acquisitions and investments by defining business needs, mapping market landscapes, engaging prospects, and developing robust business cases.</li> <li>Due Diligence &amp; Integration: Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, and People teams to drive due diligence and ensure seamless post-deal integration.</li> <li>Ecosystem Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with the global c
