About the team

As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets.

The Commercial team is responsible for developing and deepening relationships with high-value individual and institutional clients, understanding their needs, and connecting them with relevant products and solutions across the OKX ecosystem.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to support our Relationship Managers in delivering a responsive, seamless experience for high-value clients in Singapore.

You will take ownership of client preparation, day-to-day servicing, follow-up, and internal coordination across the client lifecycle. This includes ensuring RMs are well prepared for client conversations, agreed actions are completed promptly, and client requests are handled with care and professionalism across Product, Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who understands the expectations of sophisticated clients, anticipates what needs to be done, and follows through reliably. Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a high level of ownership in ensuring both RMs and clients receive consistent, high-quality support.
