This team owns hiring across Coinbase's G&amp;A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT, and you'll be responsible for owning full-lifecycle recruiting across your portfolio. Depending on business needs, you may also support product group hiring, so flexibility across talent markets is key.&nbsp;You'll partner directly with senior leaders to deeply understand their talent needs, build strong pipelines, and drive process improvements that help the recruiting team scale.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio</li> <li>Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity</li> <li>Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience</li> <li>Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams</li> <li>Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment,&nbsp;with demonstrated success closing competitive candidates across G&amp;A and/or technical functions</li> <li>Experience building and scaling
