Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.</p></div><p class="p1">We are looking for a <strong>Senior IT Engineer</strong> to join our Operations team based in Dallas.</p> <p class="p2"><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li class="p1">Provide comprehensive and timely IT support to all employees, including VIP and&nbsp;C-suite executives, delivering white-glove service with professionalism and discretion</li> <li class="p1">Exercise security best practices and monitor and train employees to do the same</li> <li class="p1">Maintain and provision employee hardware and software for a global workforce,&nbsp;leveraging Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms to deploy policies, push&nbsp;updates, and apply patch fixes at scale</li> <li class="p1">Perform onboarding, offboarding, and re-provisioning procedures efficiently and&nbsp;securely</li> <li class="p1">Support the setup and management of new and existing infrastructure, including&nbsp;office builds and fit-outs from the ground up</li> <li class="p1">Manage and administer core SaaS platforms at an admin level, including Slack, Jira,&nbsp;Notion, 1Password, Google Workspace, and Apple Business Manager; additional&nbsp;experience with Microsoft 365, Adobe, and DocuSign is a plus</li> <li class="p1">Support employees with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and similar) and&nbsp;handling queries, troubleshooting, and providing admin-level guidance to help teams&nbsp;get the most out of AI in their workflows</li> <li class="p1">Manage office LANs, Wi-Fi, and video conferencing systems, with hands-on&nbsp;experience supporting AV hardware (Logitech, Owl) and platforms (Google Meet,</li> <li class="p1">Zoom)</li> <li class="p1">Manage laptop logistics for new hires and leavers, including coordinating shipments&nbsp;and collections through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or Retriever to ensure&nbsp;seamless device delivery and retrieval globally</li> <li class="p1">Configure and manage network infrastructure including Meraki switches, access&nbsp;points, and firewalls</li> <li class="p1">Handle vendor management and ISP engagement
