You’ll work at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure, financial markets, and real-world customer needs - turning new capabilities into products and experiences that can achieve meaningful adoption.</p> <p>This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with engineering, business development, ecosystem partners, and customers to identify the most important problems to solve, develop a clear product strategy, and drive complex initiatives from concept through market adoption.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own product strategy and roadmap for key payments and on-chain financial capabilities on the XRP Ledger</li> <li>Identify and prioritize opportunities where blockchain infrastructure can meaningfully improve how value is exchanged, converted, and settled</li> <li>Develop product-market fit hypotheses and validate them through customer discovery, market research, product data, and real-world usage</li> <li>Partner closely with Engineering to translate market and customer needs into scalable product and protocol capabilities</li> <li>Work with financial institutions, payment providers, liquidity providers, developers, and other ecosystem participants to understand workflows and adoption barriers</li> <li>Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Business Development, and external partners</li> <li>Define the capab
