This is a senior, high-visibility role for a communications leader who can operate at the level of strategy and sharpen Ripple's voice with the institutional audiences – corporates, asset managers, and capital markets participants – that are imperative to our next phase of growth.</p> <p>Sitting at the intersection of TradFi and digital assets, you will shape how the market understands Ripple's prime brokerage, treasury management and liquidity platforms. You’ll drive product announcements, own and implement the thought leadership that positions Ripple as the infrastructure layer for institutional finance, all through building strategic narratives hand in hand with senior company leaders.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the communications strategy across prime brokerage, treasury management and capital markets related products and partners – setting the narrative, managing the calendar, and driving consistent positioning across these product lines</li> <li>Lead announcements end-to-end: partnerships, product launches, market infrastructure integrations, and capital markets milestones, with a keen eye for what moves media</li> <li>Build and own Ripple's thought leadership program in corporate treasury and capital markets – placing executive bylines, managing high profile speaking opportunities for senior spokespeople, and establishing Ripple as the authoritative voice on the convergence of traditional finance and digital assets</li> <li>Develop core messaging architecture that cuts across these product lines in service of the broader company missi
