We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our Brand Creative team and help shape how Phantom shows up in the world. This is a high craft, high autonomy role for someone who thinks and operates at the intersection of brand strategy and visual execution; someone who can help us define what great looks like, build the systems that make it repeatable, and raise the bar across every touchpoint. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and brand moments from concept through final production. - Help evolve and extend Phantom's visual identity contributing to design system decisions, setting creative direction, and maintaining a high bar for brand quality across all surfaces. - Translate complex briefs into clear, compelling creative; whether that's a campaign concept, a brand system expansion, or a one off hero asset. - Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Product to ensure brand quality creative is embedded in everything Phantom ships and promotes. - Lead creative development on high visibility projects, presenting work and aligning stakeholders across functions including executive leadership. - Actively shape how the team works, introducing scalable proce
