The Growth Partnerships Lead drives growth and customer acquisition by building and optimizing Phantom's U.S. influencer program from zero to one. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of influencers, KOLs, and content partners who can effectively promote Phantom products to their audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketer with prior experience with crypto audiences and partners who can build and develop these key business relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES - Program management: Define, recruit, and optimize Phantom's US influencer and affiliate marketing strategy to drive new user acquisition and multi-product adoption across spot, perps, and predictions - Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier partners, offering support, guidance, and incentives to maximize their performance - Content collaboration: Work with affiliates and influencers to create high-impact content, such as reviews, guides, branded content that uniquely communicates Phantom's product value proposition and audience positioning - Tool management: Actively partner with Growth Product to develop in-house referral and partner conversion tracking systems, own roadmap for technology improvements, data pipelines, attribution, and reporting.
