About the Role We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Product Designer to help shape the core user experience for our sportsbook platform. This is a role for a high-craft practitioner who excels at executing complex, high-velocity consumer flows and collaborating closely with cross-functional peers. You will contribute directly to our most impactful sportsbook initiatives, elevate our design quality, and help mentor team members by setting a high bar for product craft. The Mission As a key part of this role, you will be the lead designer for our new sports betting platform 🎲. This is a rare opportunity to re-envision how the traditional sports industry operates by building crypto-specific products to support these use cases. Think of this as a unique opportunity to completely rebuild the consumer stack using crypto. Many of these will be brand new experiences that will require a designer to push the boundaries of what is possible. Great candidates will be genuinely excited about sports, and a passion for sports betting is a significant plus. You'll bring a basic understanding of crypto and a proven track record of creating best-in-class consumer experiences. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a design function while staying deeply connected to the craft.
