We are a diverse group of technology, legal, and operational professionals who develop new approaches to solving classic problems using cutting edge tools and processes.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The Role:</strong> <strong>Head of Consumer and Lending Compliance</strong></span></p> <p>In this role,<strong> </strong>you will lead the compliance program for Gemini’s deposit and lending products, including the first-in-class crypto rewards credit card and business credit card. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive strategy to scale the program and support the business in delivering product features in a compliant and consumer-friendly way. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of consumer finance regulations, be solutions-oriented, and have experience operating in a fast-moving environment. Superior communication skills are essential, as this individual will be required to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including product, technology, legal, risk, as well as banking partners and regulators. This role reports directly to Gemini’s Global Chief Compliance Officer and has a direct line of communication to the Board.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the consumer compliance program in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., UDAAP, ECOA, FCRA, TILA, etc.)</li> <li>Serve as the primary advisor to the
