As a Senior Technical Program Manager on this team, you'll lead high-priority, multi-quarter programs that span multiple product areas and engineering teams, turning strategy into clear plans and shipping high-quality features reliably and on time. Recent launches led by TPMs on this team include Equities, Prediction Markets, Derivatives, and Credit Card.</p> <p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap"><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up, ensuring scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics are defined and tracked.</li> <li>Drive the operating cadence for your programs (kickoffs, status reviews, dashboards, risk tracking) to keep teams aligned and accountable across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business partners.</li> <li>Identify risks and cross-team dependencies proactively, drive mitigations, and escalate crisply when leadership decisions are needed.</li> <li>Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate technical trade-offs around reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability, ensuring architecture decisions support program goals.</li> <li>Translate product and business goals into executable program plans and define program-level KPIs that guide prioritization and decision-making.</li> </ul> <p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap"><strong>Required Skills and Experi
