This team builds the fastest, most reliable crypto trading infrastructure globally. You'll lead multi-quarter, cross-organizational initiatives that define how millions of customers trade, while mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar across the organization.</p> <p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap"><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the technical vision and architecture for mission-critical trading systems, including order management, execution engines, and reliability infrastructure.</li> <li>Drive multi-quarter projects across multiple engineering teams from design through production delivery.</li> <li>Lead system design and code review processes that elevate engineering quality and set standards for the trading stack.</li> <li>Partner with Product Management and Design to align product strategy with long-term technical bets and roadmap priorities.</li> <li>Shape the strategic direction of the trading platform by identifying high-leverage technical initiatives and driving consensus across organizational boundaries.</li> <li>Deepen engineering talent across the team by coaching engineers at various levels and developing the next generation of trading infrastructure leaders.</li> </ul> <p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap"><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of large-scale d
