Finally, we seek people with the desire and capacity to build and share expertise in the frontier technologies of crypto and blockchain, in whatever way is most relevant to their role.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Scale and grow the HR Engineering team by hiring, onboarding and training new analysts and engineers to support Workday and HR functional area</li> <li>Provide functional &amp; technical leadership and mentoring to team members</li> <li>Supervise the day-to-day activities of our Workday instance</li> <li>Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation</li> <li>Work with both internal and external stakeholders to analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing and implementation of the system</li> <li>Identify opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes<
