You'll source new high-value traders from competitor venues, re-engage dormant accounts, and bring structured market and client insights back to Product, Risk, and Marketing to shape Coinbase Advanced trading offerings.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and grow relationships with top VIP derivatives traders on Coinbase, driving increased trading volume, deepening engagement, and expanding adoption of advanced trading products.</li> <li>Source and convert new high-value derivatives traders from competitor venues through targeted outbound campaigns, market positioning, and relationship-building.</li> <li>Monitor derivatives market structure, client flows, and competitor offerings to identify upsell opportunities, inform pricing and product feedback, and deliver structured insights to Product, Risk, and Marketing.</li> <li>Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast for your book, reporting on key KPIs (volume, active traders, winbacks, competitor migration) and documenting client interactions through CRM tooling.</li> <li>Reactivate previously dormant top traders using data-driven tools and bespoke incentives to restore sustained volume.</li> <li>Build and refine AI-powered workflows for pipeline prioritization, client segmentation, and outreach personalization to scale coverage across your book.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of sales or busine
