We're hiring for opportunities across Consumer, Institutional, Base, and Stablecoins and will work through placement / fit through the interview process. As a Business Operations Senior Associate on the Business Operations & Strategy team, you'll partner directly with senior leadership on Coinbase's highest-priority strategic and operational challenges. You'll work primarily with product and sales leaders, structuring complex problems, building quantitative business cases, and translating data into executive-level recommendations that shape product and segment strategy.

What you'll do:

Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for Coinbase's leadership team and develop actionable recommendations backed by data and quantitative modeling.

Build business cases and financial models that identify new opportunities and directly inform Institutional product and go-to-market strategy.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive positioning, peer benchmarks, and the evolving crypto landscape to sharpen strategic recommendations.

Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive measurable changes across Institutional products.

Own problems end-to-end, from initial framing through analysis, recommendation, and implementation, not just the slide deck.

Strengthen team capabilities by improving existing processes, frameworks, and operational tooling.

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end strategic workstreams.

Proven ability to build quantitative models and business cases that have directly influenced executive or leadership decisions.

Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto/digital assets markets.
