Reporting to the Assistant Controller, Prime Brokerage and Digital Assets, you'll build processes and controls from the ground up, lead a team through monthly close and quarterly/annual reporting, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting as this business scales.</p> <p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap"><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the review and approval of monthly financing accounting entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness through each close cycle.</li> <li>Build scalable, automated financial processes and controls for the prime financing function, including drafting standard operating procedures that reduce manual effort and support SOX compliance.</li> <li>Lead your team through the monthly financial close, quarterly reporting, and annual audit processes, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are audit-ready.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to provide accounting insights on SEC regulations and lending practices, translating regulatory developments into actionable accounting guidance.</li> <li>Drive the design and implementation of new controls and processes for platform and brokerage accounting activities, identifying gaps and recommending improvements that keep pace with business growth.</li> </ul> <p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap"><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>CPA designation with 9+ years of p
