ABOUT THE ROLE We’re building something game-changing at Circle: a discovery marketplace where millions can find creators, communities, and products to help them achieve their highest personal and professional goals. You’ll own generating and growing the demand engine for the Discover marketplace. Think of a Pinterest, Reddit or Instagram-style product, reimagined with a mission to help people achieve their goals instead of distracting them with endless doom scrolling. Through Discover, you will be building technology that could help millions of people grow, self-actualize, and live their best lives. As the Growth Lead for Discover, you’ll report directly to the GM of Discover and work closely with Circle's co-founders to bring this vision to life. Day to day you'll work with the product team for Discover, our paid media team, data team, brand and design studio, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and more. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in any North American time zone. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Own growth for the Discover marketplace. Drive traffic to Discover, experiment with how consumers find and engage with Discover, and grow its GMV and transaction volume. - A/B testing and experimentation. Run experiments to better acquire, engage, and retain traffic. Test what people see when they arrive on Discover, the algorithms behind recommendations, and marketplace structur
