Job Summary

This is full-time and on-site job in Vienna, Austria. As Token Listing Counsel, you will play a critical role in advising on legal, regulatory, and risk-related aspects of listing digital tokens on our platform. This includes conducting due diligence, managing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and exchange policies. You will work cross-functionally with listing, compliance, business development, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance on token listing matters, including regulatory classification, risk assessments, and jurisdictional considerations.

Review and assess token listing applications for compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Lead and coordinate token due diligence processes, including reviewing whitepapers, tokenomics, project structures, and legal opinions.

Liaise with external counsel and regulators (as necessary) to address legal risks and support exchange licensing.

Draft, review, and negotiate listing agreements and related documentation.

Monitor global regulatory developments relating to digital assets and advise on potential impact to listing activities.

Partner with internal teams (Compliance, BD, Risk, Product) to implement listing governance frameworks and procedures.
