Role Overview

A UX/UI designer focused on user growth, working closely with the Growth team to design and optimize user journeys and growth tools. Bridges user experience objectives with business growth goals to drive sustainable improvements in retention and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

User Journey Design: Collaborate with the Growth team to complete user journey and growth tool design and iteration requirements

Design Execution & Tracking: Ensure design fidelity in implementation; track post-launch performance and propose data-driven improvement plans

User Research & Insights: Conduct market research, user interviews, and feedback management for owned projects to drive experience improvements

Cross-Team Support: Quickly understand business context when other teams face resource bottlenecks, and provide flexible supplementary support

Design Consistency: Collaborate closely with UED designers to maintain platform-wide design standards and consistency

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Design or related fields; overseas study experience preferred

3+ years of UI/UX design experience; experience in user growth or B-side product design preferred

Proficient in Figma and Adobe suite; strong product thinking and interaction design skills; able to participate in user research and
