Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including but not limited to institutional agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, technology and licensing arrangements, and strategic partnerships.

Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle process, from intake, redlining, and approval workflows to execution, archiving, renewal, and termination management.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal business units (e.g., procurement, operations, tech, finance) to provide clear and timely legal support during commercial negotiations.

Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and corporate governance requirements.

Coordinate with external counsel as necessary for complex negotiations or multi-jurisdictional matters.

Develop and maintain a centralized contract management system to monitor key obligations, renewal deadlines, and risk triggers.

Proactively identify legal and commercial risks in contracts and recommend effective mitigation strategies.

Support the continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and processes to increase operational efficiency and consistency.

Provide training and guidance to relevant internal teams on contract terms and legal risk considerations
