<p>Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.</p> <h4><strong>The Role</strong></h4> <p>Block is looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader to build and lead our Strategic Product Sales organization—a specialized team responsible for accelerating adoption of our highest-priority products across new and existing customers.</p> <p>This is a builder role. You'll partner cross-functionally to identify where we're underpenetrated, develop the commercial strategy to unlock growth, and create scalable cross-sell motions that drive product adoption at scale. You'll lead a team of product sales specialists while partnering closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to improve how strategic products are sold across the business.</p> <p>Success in this role requires equal parts commercial strategy, sales leadership, and cross-functional influence.</p> <h5><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h5> <h5><strong>Build and Scale a Product Sales Organization</strong></h5> <ul> <li>Build, hire, and lead a high-performing team of Product Sales Managers and Specialists.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to design the operating model, engagement strategy, territory approach, and capacity plan
