Let’s go!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><h4 data-path-to-node="6">What you'll do</h4> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding strategy for new Fusion customers, taking full ownership of the user journey from first touchpoint through registration, KYC, initial deposit, first trade, and early retention.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build and continuously optimize acquisition funnels targeted at <strong>active traders and high-value crypto customers</strong>, identifying and removing friction across every stage of the onboarding journey.</li> <li>Develop scalable acquisition channels across <strong>paid, owned, community, affiliate, referral, and partner ecosystems</strong>, with a strong focus on measurable customer growth. This includes building strategic partnerships with trading communities, educators, affiliates, and key platforms to drive <strong>qualified new traders to Fusion.</strong></li> <li>Design targeted CRM and lifecycle journeys that convert registered users into <strong>funded and actively trading customers</strong>, rather than primarily promoting individual product features.</li> <li>Develop acquisition propositions, landing pages, campaigns, and onboarding materials that clearly communicate why active traders should choose Fusion as their trading venue, while monit
